Liposome Injection
Bostal has established liposome injection platform from product development to cGMP manufacturing, which provides customized service including formulation development, process design, characterization, and commercial manufacturing. Bostal has the capability to handle different processes, including passive drug loading, active drug loading and double emulsion. With these techniques, Bostal has developed several products to overcome API’s issues, including serious side effects and short half-life, Bostal has already built the cGMP-compliant manufacturing facility for liposome injection allowing us to manufacture liposome products at commercial scale. This system has CIP, SIP, weighing on line, extrusion system, ultrafiltration system, multiple grade filtration systems, aseptic filling system, nitrogen system and tank specific temperature control system.
